Counselling & Psychotherapy
As a therapist, I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space for you to explore your problems at your own pace. I am trained in the Pluralistic Approach, which is an integrative and flexible approach to counselling and psychotherapy.
The Pluralistic Approach recognises that every individual is unique, so there is no "one-size-fits-all" method for therapy. It takes into account the whole person by considering any emotional, cognitive, physical, and social aspects that might be affecting you.
It’s also a collaborative process, which means that we work together to identify issues and choose strategies that are most helpful to you. I use a combination of techniques, theories, and approaches from various therapeutic modalities based on your needs, preferences, and goals.
The work is flexible, which means that we can adapt the way we are working, depending on how you respond. I always encourage feedback, which I know can be scary to give sometimes, but I can support you to do so in a way that feels safe. That way, we can make sure you are getting the most from your therapy.
Fees: £60 / hour
I have a limited number of spaces available for concessions, please let me know if you think this might apply to you.
